Autobiography I, Dosanov Murat Uskimbaevich, was born on November 04, 1978 in the village of Zhibek Zholy, Saryagash district, Turkestan region. In 1995, he graduated with honors from the A. Imanov Secondary School. After continuing his studies, he graduated from the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1999 with a degree in law, qualification "lawyer" (diploma from 07/06/1999 №0058394); in 2001 he graduated with honors from the Master's degree from al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in criminal forensics (diploma from 07/07/2001 №0000556); From 2001 to 2003, he completed postgraduate studies at the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and in 2001 he began working as a teacher at a higher educational institution. The total teaching experience is over 20 years. In 2010, he defended his PhD thesis in the Dissertation Council of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University on the topic: "Criminalistic support and coordination of the activities of participants in the investigation of murders disguised by staging." By the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 (Protocol No. 3), he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Law (FK No. 0006707) in the specialty 12.00.09 – criminal procedure, criminalistics, theory of operational investigative activities. Since 2001, I have been teaching in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan in the educational programs "jurisprudence", "law enforcement", since 2022 I have been working at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. He has published over 40 scientific articles in materials based on the results of international conferences, 2 articles have been published in journals recommended by Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 3 articles have been published in scientific journals included in the Scopus databases.
